Well, this has been a big week here in the Grampians. We said goodbye to three of our family. Shaun, Candy and Lou Lou, (one of the oldest members of the group) all went off to new homes. Lou Lou was designed by Susie James, and was one of only five bears in this particular collection, and even though we are all thrilled for her to have a brand new home we will miss her.

Friday 18th November saw Mt. Victory Road  re-opened after the January flooding. A breakfast celebration was held and then everyone went for a walk up the new road to see all the wonderful reconstruction. Representatives from Vicroads and Parks explained what had been done to repair the roads etc. A most interesting morning was had by all who attended.

The weekend was very busy. A veterans bike ride was started here in Halls Gap on Sunday morning. We were all very excited seeing them ride up and down the main street warming up for the event.

The Halls Gap Film Festival was held over the weekend as well, which meant lots more people visiting us.
