Last week of summer

Well, we are entering the last week of summer and finally some continuous days of sunshine. It has been a very pleasant and colourful week in Halls Gap.

Last weekend saw over 200 hot rods descend on our small township of Halls Gap. Sunday was the show and shine day for all these beautiful cars, lots of them lovingly restored. They made a very colourful spectacle driving up and down the main street.

Four more bears left us this week, Cooper, Charlie and Ashley all went to a new home together in Ballarat and Cody left on Saturday.

We are expecting a new delivery of bears next week. Auntie Cheryl is heading to a trade fair in Sydney next week to check out the new release of 2012 bears. How exciting, bet there will be some special new friends in the new range.
